Were currently seeking a degreed, experienced Production Planner who will be part of our Manufacturing Team, working with the Production Manager, sales, purchasing, manufacturing, and some vendors to plan and execute manufactured item and finished goods inventory needs.
#### What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
Daily MRP review and analysis of manufactured components and assemblies.
Establish and maintain forecast inventory levels to support production and service requirements.
Work with Quality and Purchasing Departments to resolve supplier quality and delivery issues.
Manage the inventory coordinator and assist with analysis for any inventory discrepancies.
Work with Production Manager and shift supervisors to monitor material and personnel capacity.
Update and maintain BOMs, inventory parameter settings, job control and maintenance.
Review and maintain new project requirements once transitioned from engineering.
Execute all aspects of engineering changes promptly.
#### What You Need for this Position
The ideally qualified and experienced candidate will bring with them:
Bachelor''s degree in business administration, logistics, finance or related discipline.

years experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory planning parameters (Syteline preferred).
Comprehensive understanding of MRP systems and inventory planning parameters.
Strong understanding of COGS performance data.
Experience translating a monthly sales forecast into a manufacturing forecast.
Experience performing in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and time-sensitive environment.
Proficient at thinking and acting strategically, championing change, and generating innovative solutions.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills to manage and resolve issues.
Strong negotiations and communication skills (both oral and written).
