Our client is a consumer products manufacturer and they need to add a Production Supervisor on 3rd shift (10:30 PM to 7:30 AM Sunday night to Friday morning.) This is a good company to grow your career with.
Requirements:
1. Must have Associates degree and 3
years of supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.
2. Prefer experience in high speed, automated production environment
3. Any experience and skills related to Lean Manufacturing will be valued
4. Union experience is helpful.
Duties:
1. Lead 25 to 30 hourly reports in the production of product
2. Train in lean practices
3. Communicate up and down the chain of command
The company offers a comprehensive benefits package. No relocation assistance is available.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
