Heavy gauge thermoforming company serves the automotive accessories, green technologies, engineered components and material handling industries. Looking for a Human Resources and Safety Manager.
Oversee HR for plants in Wisconsin, Ohio, Indiana. Strong safety background needed.
The Human Resources Safety Manager functions as the go-to person for all legal activities and works with external legal counsel to resolve potential issues and ensure compliance with related legislative requirements and federal and state law.
In line with the corporate strategy develops a long term HR strategy including compensation policies and staffing plans that define quantitative and qualitative needs such as competencies and skill set.
Leads the HR department and oversees the implementation of the HR strategy.
Develops and coordinates the implementation of and monitors performance of the corporate Environmental and Health & Safety programs to ensure compliance with related corporate and legislative requirements.
Bottom Line Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree.
2. 5
years of HR and Safety Management experience in an industrial plant environment.
3. Experience in HR and Safety Management over multiple sites.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
